Wan 2.7 workflow

Reference-to-video is for continuity across several pieces of evidence

Use references when the task depends on recurring subjects, objects or visual cues that a single starting frame cannot fully express.

01

Build a small, non-conflicting reference set

Wan 2.7 accepts one to five image or video references in this workflow. Give each file a reason to exist—identity, wardrobe, prop, environment or motion—and remove references that disagree on a critical detail.

02

Add only the controls the shot needs

The registry permits an optional first frame and an optional reference voice. Neither is required. More inputs are useful only when each one resolves a specific ambiguity.

03

Keep the task inside the verified range

Reference-to-video supports 2–10 seconds at 720p or 1080p, with landscape, portrait, square, 4:3 and 3:4 aspect ratios. Workspace validates the actual combination before submission.
