Use text-to-video for a written brief, image-to-video with a first frame or first-and-last frame pair, or reference-to-video when visual, motion or audio references need to guide the result.

Text-to-video starts from a prompt without source media.
Image-to-video accepts one first frame or a first-and-last frame pair.
Reference-to-video accepts up to twenty mixed references: ten images, five videos and five audio files.
You can also choose generated audio, a repeatable seed and prompt expansion.

Both variants support 2–30 second text, frame and reference workflows at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Each accepts up to twenty references: ten images, five videos and five audio files.

Prime reference videos must each be 1–15 seconds and total no more than 15 seconds; rounded total input-video time plus output time must stay within 30 seconds.
Prime reference tasks bill the rounded input-video duration plus the requested output duration.

Set the length, quality and frame

Wan 3.0 produces 480p, 720p or 1080p video. Text and frame workflows accept an explicit 2–30 second output. Reference workflows use the same range for image or audio references; when a video is included, its rounded-up duration plus the selected output must stay within 30 seconds.

Choose a duration from 2 to 30 seconds for text and frame-guided video.
A reference request accepts at most five videos alongside other supported references.
Use 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4 or 9:16 for landscape, square, portrait and social formats.
Choose 720p for lower cost or 1080p for the final version.
