Terms of Service
These terms govern access to WAN3, a service operated by SixBryan LLC. By using WAN3, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
01
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
02
Acceptable use
Do not use WAN3 to violate law or third-party rights, create exploitative or abusive content, bypass security or rate limits, disrupt the service, misrepresent generated media, or upload material you are not authorized to process.
03
Your prompts, media and outputs
You retain the rights you hold in your inputs and outputs. You grant WAN3 and its service providers the limited permission needed to process, transmit and store them to operate the requested service. You are responsible for obtaining required rights and permissions.
04
Generated results
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other output. WAN3 does not promise uniqueness, legal clearance, a particular result or commercial-use rights. Review output and applicable provider or legal requirements before publishing or relying on it.
05
Credits, subscriptions and payments
Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Subscription billing continues until canceled under the checkout terms. Credits are a limited service entitlement, not cash, and may have the validity period shown at purchase. Payment refunds follow the Refund Policy.
06
Availability, changes and responsibility
We may change or suspend features to maintain security, provider compatibility or legal compliance. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Questions and governing terms
Contact support@wan3.net with questions. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Wyoming law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
