Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SixBryan LLC, the operator of WAN3, processes personal information across the website, account, billing, generation, storage, support and developer services.
Information we process
Depending on how you use WAN3, we process account identifiers and profile details, credit and subscription records, order and payment references, support communications, prompts, uploaded images, video or audio, generation settings and outputs, API activity, device and security logs, cookie identifiers, and analytics or advertising events. After sign-in, WAN3 may store a one-way pseudonymous browser signal to identify unusual repeat registrations and welcome-credit abuse; it is not used for advertising. Payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored by WAN3.
Purposes and legal bases
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide requested generations and storage, meter and reconcile credits, process purchases and refunds, operate APIs, communicate about transactions and support, detect abuse and fraud, comply with law, and improve reliability. Depending on your location, processing is based on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.
Prompts, uploads and generated media
To perform a generation, WAN3 transmits the prompt, selected settings and required source media to the generation service used for that task. Results and task records are returned to your private account. WAN3 does not publish private prompts, uploads or outputs, or use them in marketing, unless you deliberately share them publicly or give permission. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information that is not needed for the requested generation.
When information is disclosed
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to categories of vendors that support authentication, hosting, databases, media storage, AI generation, payments, fraud prevention, transactional email, customer support, analytics and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in a business transaction, or at your direction. Vendors process data under their own contractual and legal obligations; WAN3 does not sell personal information for money.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
WAN3 uses cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, language, theme, analytics, attribution and advertising measurement. These technologies may load when you visit and may process device, page, referrer and campaign-interaction data. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may reduce some functionality and measurement accuracy. Some privacy laws may treat advertising measurement as targeted advertising or data sharing even though WAN3 does not sell personal information for money.
Retention and international processing
Product-analytics event records are retained for no more than 90 days. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service and legitimate purposes such as accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Deletion of media may not immediately remove limited billing, audit or backup records. WAN3 is operated in the United States and vendors may process information in other countries with different privacy laws.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email support@wan3.net with the subject ‘Privacy request’. We may verify account ownership and may retain information where law or overriding security, accounting or dispute obligations require it. You may also complain to the privacy regulator where you live.
Security, children and changes
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. WAN3 is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child provided information unlawfully. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when required, additional notice.
