Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SixBryan LLC processes information when you use WAN3. It covers the public site, account, payment and Wan video-generation services.

Information we process
We process Google account identifiers and profile details used for sign-in, account and credit records, payment and order references, support messages, prompts, uploaded media, generation settings, generated results, security signals and basic site analytics when enabled.

Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, calculate and reconcile credits, send tasks to the selected Wan workflow, store user-owned results, process payments and refunds, respond to support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

Service providers
WAN3 uses infrastructure and processors including Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for PostgreSQL, third-party generation services selected for each supported workflow, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Upstash for short-lived operational state and Resend for transactional email. Analytics vendors are used only when configured.

Prompts and media
Inputs must be transmitted to the generation provider to perform a requested task. Generated media is stored under the user's WAN3 account namespace. Operational records may be retained for billing, security, dispute and reliability needs even after media is removed.

Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@wan3.net. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute purposes. You can also avoid optional analytics through browser controls where available.

Security, children and policy changes
We use access controls and scoped storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. WAN3 is not directed to children under 13. Material policy updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
